Les artistes du collectif MAMAZA traceront une ligne droite depuis le centre historique de Lausanne jusqu’à l’intérieur du Théâtre Sévelin 36 pour fédérer l’art et le public lausannois. Les artistes traverseront ainsi les lieux publics (places, rues, jardins) et privés (magasins, restaurants, maisons individuelles) de la ville et côtoieront intimement les habitants pour les initier et les sensibiliser aux questionnements liés à l'art contemporain

Cette ligne chorégraphiée par les obstacles à franchir et les rencontres inattendues deviendra alors le symbole de la création d’une œuvre collective dont la finalité sera visible sous la forme d’une exposition photo et vidéo dans le foyer du théâtre tout au long des Printemps de Sévelin.

Artists from the MAMAZA art collective draw a straight line from the centre of Lausanne to Théâtre Sévelin 36, with the idea of bringing art and the general public together. The artists work their way into the city’s squares, its streets and parks, its shops, restaurants and family homes, and interact with its inhabitants, raising their awareness of contemporary dance.
